Enjoy the beaches

Apartamentos Monteparaíso are located halfway between the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico, both of them just over one mile away. Amadores Beach has fine white sand, quiet waters and boasts the Blue Flag of quality awarded by the EU, offering a snorkelling area, shops, nautical services and services. On the other hand, Puerto Rico Beach, like Amadores, is located in a bay and therefore has moderate waves. It also has a lively seafront promenade with many restaurants and services (parasol rental, nautical equipment rental, parking, etc.).

Puerto Rico in Mogán is one of the sunniest destinations in the whole of Europe, an idyllic location where you can enjoy a holiday of sun, sand and nature. Added to the wide range of nautical activities you can enjoy here are different beautiful routes to enjoy outdoors, since Mogán is located inside a territory which includes three protected natural reserves: Integral Natural Reserve of Inagua, El Nublo Rural Park and Tauro Mountain Natural Monument. The south of Gran Canaria also has prestigious golf courses, with Anfi Tauro Golf (3.7 miles), Salobre Golf (7.5 miles) and Maspalomas Golf (13.5 miles) being the nearest to the apartments. This Atlantic region is also ideal for dolphin and whale watching, for which there are many boat excursions available to visitors.

Leisure and shopping

Puerto Rico offers a complete tourism infrastructure. Its streets are lined up with many restaurants, terraces, bars, nightclubs, small shops and shopping centres, as well as different street markets where you can acquire traditional gastronomic products and crafts. Puerto Rico also has three large shopping centres: La Ola (Barranco Agua La Perra), Europa and Puerto Rico Mogán (Centro Cívico), the largest of them all, where you can find different dining options, boutiques, electronics stores, etc.
